Cat Dissection

This is our cat dissection. At first it was so gross cutting into the cat. After a while it stared to stink and i could no longer stand the smell. i learned a lot of parts of the cat. The cat has similar parts just like we do in the human body. The inside of the cat was easy to see the most hard ones were more in the neck and the legs and arms, but mostly what we needed to see were the muscles. the small intestines are so much bigger then the large ones. I would figure that the small ones would be the bigger one and the large intestine would be the small one. The heart was really small and was right next to the liver. at first i thought that the liver was the lungs and the lungs was the liver. So there different in size compared to the human body. IN the end i did learn a lot about the cat. As our final we had to remember the parts and show that we know where they were. I think i did okay I got most of them on the left side of the page but missed a couple on the right. So all in all i had fun with this dissection. GLAD THAT THERE ARE NO MORE DISSECTIONS!!!!!! :)
